What Art Session would I belong in?

Acrylic Painting Experience I Ages 10 – 14 yrs.
Students are encouraged to discover their individual creativity by learning techniques to create inspired, original pieces of art. Designed to expose students to a variety of painting styles, each meeting focuses on technique and individual creativity with minor emphasis on detail.
Class Minimum=4 students     Class Maximum=6 students

Acrylic Painting Experience II Ages 15 yr. – Adult
High energy painting class designed to challenge the artist in you. Focus is on balance, design, and simplification of form, which opens the way to the abstract and encourages freedom of expression rather than realism. Create original acrylic paintings in expressionist, impressionist, and abstract styles.
Class Minimum=4 students     Class Maximum=6 students

How this benefits you: Students receive more than painting techniques as artist JoAnn DePolo focuses on developing an individual's unique artistic abilities and challenges him/her to stretch beyond any artistic limitations they may have set. In addition to painting original acrylic pieces students learn how to present, exhibit and market their work as an independent professional.

Come & Create™ Acrylic Painting Open Studio 2 hour Open Studio held the first Saturday of each month. Create an original work of art with professional artist JoAnn DePolo then invite family, friends, and fans to see your work exhibited with an artist reception. Come & Create Art Sessions are designed for those desiring to create and experience painting without the long-term commitment of weekly art lessons. All Materials Provided. Please reserve your space one-week in advance.

JoAnn DePolo is a contemporary acrylic painter, author of Making It As An Artist and trainer of the arts. Regarded as a visionary in her field, Joann encourages individuals to connect with and express their love of creating as she taps into the trueness of the gifts of those around her. JoAnn DePolo has the ability to motivate raising levels of expectation as she inspires and challenges others to become the artist and person they are created to be. JoAnn's audience extends from her hometown to the national and international. Several celebrities own DePolo originals including world renowned artist Peter Max and Major League ball player Omar Vizquel. JoAnn DePolo conducts Come & Create™ Art Sessions and coordinates Come & Create™ Community Murals presenting the opportunity for everyone to experience the creative process. JoAnn resides in Olmsted Falls Ohio with her family where she continues to create, organize community arts projects, conduct Making It As An Artist Seminars and provide professional coaching and instruction.
